Passenger safety

At Odyssey Journeys, safety is of paramount importance. We always check over each of our vehicles before a journey, and make sure our drivers are fully trained for safety. They know the regulations inside and out, and will make sure you have a safe journey, wherever you are travelling to.

We make the following considerations for passenger safety:

Vehicle maintenance: The minibus must be maintained in good working condition to ensure that it is safe to drive. The company should schedule regular maintenance checks, including inspections of brakes, tires, and other critical components.

Driver qualifications: We hire drivers who are qualified and experienced in driving minibuses. The drivers have a clean driving record, are properly licenced, and have completed relevant training courses.

Seatbelts: All passengers are be provided with seat belts, and your driver will ensure that they are worn at all times.

First aid: The minibuses carry a first aid kit to deal with minor injuries or medical emergencies.

Emergency exits: Our minibuses all have clearly marked emergency exits that are easy to open in case of an emergency.

Insurance: We have full insurance cover for the vehicle and passengers in case of an accident.

Compliance: We are fully compliant with all relevant laws and regulations governing the operation of minibuses, including the legal limit for the number of passengers that can be carried.
